1、Door inner liner molding mold
1.Forming method
The vacuum forming mold for the inner liner of the refrigerated door adopts the concave mold forming method,and the first mock examination is formed once refrigerated.The mold is suitable for Party A"s ATEM five station vacuum forming machine.
2.Mold composition
The vacuum forming mold for the inner liner of the refrigerated door is composed of a refrigerated forming core,a base,a table panel,a core pulling mechanism,a pressing frame,and other parts.
3.Mold material
Material List of Main Components of the Mold:

The cylinder adopts imported components(SMC);The linear bearing adopts Japanese EASE products.
4.Mold structure and design and manufacturing requirements
(1)The inner liner of the refrigeration door adopts a hinged outer flipping structure around,and the protruding part in the middle adopts a cylinder retracted core pulling mechanism.
(2)The heating and cooling of the mold adopts a water circulation heating and cooling method.The layout of the water channel system inside the mold is uniform and reasonable,ensuring that the heating and cooling temperature of the mold is uniform,avoiding local stress concentration caused by uneven temperature and affecting product quality.The water pipe is cast as a whole using copper pipes,with a heating time of no more than 30 minutes,a mold temperature of around 80℃,and a pressure resistance of no less than 0.4Mpa.There is no leakage in the heating,cooling,and pneumatic systems of the mold;
(3)The distribution of vacuum holes in the mold is uniform,and the aperture isφ0.5 toφThe shape of vacuum holes between 0.8mm and 30-50mm is larger inside and smaller outside.The large flat vacuum hole adopts an imported air plug.
(4)The relevant parts of the mold should be equipped with sealing strips,and the sealing material should be silicone sponge or silicone rubber;
(5)The base and upper pressing frame are made of welded components,and the base requires internal sealing.An auxiliary pressing mold is installed on the upper pressing frame to facilitate the formation of the door sealing groove.
(6)Surface roughness of the mold:The outer surface of the formed part is between Ra0.4 and Ra0.8,while the outer surface of the non formed part is Ra6.3;
(7)C5 is a new type of mold material developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology.It has advantages such as good casting performance,good flow performance,less prone to defects such as shrinkage,cracks,porosity,sand holes,small linear shrinkage,and good welding and machinability;
2、Foam mold for refrigerated door body
1.Mold composition
The foam mold for the refrigeration door body is composed of upper and lower connecting plates,upper and lower shaped plates,and surrounding splicing strips;
2.Mold material
The mold core material adopts ZL105;
3.Mold structure and design and manufacturing requirements
(1)The foaming mold for the refrigerated door body adopts a foaming form where the door liner is on top and the door shell is on bottom.The two sets of foaming molds for the door body are connected together using connecting plates,and the surrounding strips are fixed on both sides,with both sides movable.
(2)The closing height of the mold is 300mm,determined by the height of the fixture.
(3)The roughness of the contact surface between the mold and the inner liner is between Ra0.8 and Ra1.6,while the roughness of the non-contact surface is Ra6.3.
3、Door liner punching and cutting mold
1.Mold composition
The punching die is composed of upper and lower templates,trimming concave molds,trimming convex molds,side punching concave molds,side punching convex molds,guide parts,fixed plates,etc;
2.Mold material
The die material is Cr12MoV,the positioning block is ZL105,and the remaining materials are 45,Q235,etc;
3.Mold structure and design and manufacturing requirements
(1)The side punching adopts a mechanical structure,with vertical punching around it,and guide components guiding between the mold bases.
(2)After assembly,the surface of the mold should be neat,and the sharp edges of non working edges should be rounded.
(3)The manufacturing accuracy of the mating surface and the working edge is IT6-IT7,with a surface roughness of Ra0.8-Ra3.2,while the manufacturing accuracy of the remaining parts is IT11-IT13,with a surface roughness of Ra12.5-Ra6.3,and a blade hardness requirement of HRC55-58;
(4)The mold should have a positioning device,which is simple,reliable and ensures the accuracy;
(5)The guiding mechanism moves smoothly and the guiding accuracy meets the usage requirements.
4、Door foaming fixture
1.Fixture composition
The punching die is composed of a connecting frame,upper and lower templates,hinge mechanism,locking mechanism,etc;
2.Fixture material
The upper and lower formwork materials are ZL105,the hinge and locking mechanism materials are 45,and other materials are H62,Q235,etc;
3.Requirements for fixture structure and design and manufacturing
1)The effective wall thickness of the upper and lower template castings is greater than 30mm,and the castings are free from defects such as shrinkage,cracks,porosity,sand holes,etc.
(2)The opening angle of the fixture is 105 degrees,and it is pushed by an external cylinder.The hinge and locking mechanism can move freely without any jamming.
(3)The manufacturing accuracy of the mating surface is IT6-IT7,with a surface roughness of Ra0.8-Ra3.2.The manufacturing accuracy of the remaining parts is IT11-IT13,with a surface roughness of Ra12.5-Ra6.3;
(4)The mold shall be equipped with positioning and limiting devices,which are easy to operate,reliable and ensure accuracy.
